Lots of people asked me if I ate on our wedding day and the short answer to that is yes, yes, yes! I thought I wouldn’t be able to but I managed to put away a full English Breakfast on the wedding morning. I also ate during the wedding breakfast although I couldn’t manage dessert. I did not end up eating any of the evening buffet as I just wasn’t hungry and was enjoying the party too much, luckily our caterer kindly did us a plate so we were able to have a feast the next day!
Food was a very important part of our wedding as we wanted it to reflect our Caribbean heritage. Here I have put together a list of the caterers I came across during the search and also ones that I have discovered since. For those of you looking for Afro-Caribbean/African Caterers, I hope this is helpful!
If you have any to add, please please leave a comment (or email me) and I will update the list.
